Buying Items Online
Payments for items and shipping, must be made by either credit or debit cards as we are unable to accept any other form of payment at this time via the web. All purchases are completed on a certified secure server with 128bit encryption and verified against fraud.

Order Completion via Telephone, Fax or Credit Card
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch or Solo debit cards.

We also offer a telephone order and payment method. You can phone in your order, payment and delivery details on +44 161 8325739. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity. If you are uncertain of your clothing size, consult our international conversion size guide for women or men.

For your safety and peace of mind. Your card will not be debited until we have confirmed that the item(s) you have ordered are in stock. Once item(s) are confirmed in stock the total is then manually processed in store then goods will be shipped. Charges for shipping are calculated based on the cost of goods purchased and the country to be shipped to.

If I am not happy with my purchase can I return it?
ashopcalledwood.com offers a full refund* or exchange on all purchases. We will be happy to exchange or refund ordered goods provided they are returned to us unworn, in saleable condition, with proof of purchase within 7 days (21 days for international orders) and with all swing tags attached. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit and we will therefore require that you use a trackable or recorded delivery service or courier. We are sorry but we can only offer refunds for goods and not shipping costs.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ashopcalledwood.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Any contract between us will be interpreted, construed and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and any dispute in relation to such contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
